Patrycja is an award-winning communications specialist with over 20 years’ experience in delivering corporate and business training, as well as designing and implementing communication strategies enhancing the effectiveness of organisations.


She has set up her first business at the age of 17 and since then she has also gained considerable management and leadership experience managing various-size businesses and educational establishments.

The strategy plans she developed and executed for small and medium-sized businesses as well as the communication strategies for corporate clients set paths to improve internal communication efforts as well as external marketing executions. By reviewing communication processes, she generated ways to significantly enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the management processes, improved customer satisfaction, maximised staff retention, increased performance, and secured contracts with market-leading organisations.


For the last few years, she has been keen on capitalising on digital media and technologies that boost business growth.
